VanderStouwe to raise profile of Oxnard College ASG

Oxnard College's Associated Student Government has had a rough time getting their name out, said recently elected ASG President Anna VanderStouwe.

"I have talked to so many students and a lot of them don't even know that the ASG exists," VanderStouwe said. "I plan to do what the students think is needed so we can have more of an impact."

VanderStouwe has been elected to be the new Oxnard College ASG president after students elected her in April to fill the position that Johnny Garcia Vasquez will be leaving.  VanderStouwe will also get help from her Vice President Desiere Mandujano, Treasurer Alejandro Tinoco, Secretary Rosa Infante and Public Relations officer Diana Lopez.
